Blue Ridge Rum Cake is a family owned and operated home bakery. We’ve been around a couple of years yet the family history in baking goes back much further, back to my grandmother in Cuba in the 1900’s. We use fine ingredients and traditional methods to produce our exceptional rum cakes. While we continually strive for innovation, we’re still making our creations the way grandma made them.  And she’d be pretty proud of that!
